Merlin Lipin

I originally moved to Billings to pursue my academic and athletic career at Rocky Mountain
College, and I soon realized that Montana had caught my heart. I have fallen in love with what
the city offers and its nearby outdoor opportunities. Whether you’re looking for a chalet in the
mountains, or a beautiful house in the heart of town, I want to be able to share my love for the
state to others. Purchasing or selling real estate is often the biggest investment one makes in their
life. I will bring tremendous PASSION, DETERMINATION, and PROFESSIONALISM to
every transaction so that you feel the most confident and comfortable you can be throughout the
process. As an American who grew up in Belgium, I have a great multi-cultural awareness and
understand that everyone one has their own specific needs and desires when it comes to calling a
new place HOME.
